Smart Switch

Transfer data between mobile devices via Smart Switch. To use Smart Switch, launch the Settings app and tap Deject and accounts → Smart Switch. If you exercise not have the app, download it from Milky way Apps or Play Shop.

Transferring information using a USB connector (USB Type-C)

You can connect your previous device to your device with the USB connector (USB Blazon-C) and a USB cable to easily and speedily transfer data.

1 Plug the USB connector (USB Type-C) into the multipurpose jack of your device.

2 Connect your device and the previous device using the previous device's USB cable.

three When the app selection pop-up window appears, tap Smart Switch → RECEIVE.

Note:

If your previous device is not a Samsung device, back up data to a computer using a program provided by the device's manufacturer. So, skip to the fifth stride.
